Hamdan bin Mohammed approves AED 152 million for Dubai government staff incentives.
The Vice President of the UAE has authorized the payment of performance-based incentives to civilian workers of Dubai Government organizations, amounting to AED 152 million
Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has approved the distribution of AED 152 million in performance-based bonuses for civilian employees of Dubai Government entities. These bonuses, granted under Dubai Government Human Resources (DGHR) Law No. (8) of 2018, will be awarded based on specific criteria set by the DGHR.
HH Sheikh Hamdan emphasized the Dubai Government's commitment to fostering a work environment that promotes creativity and dedication among employees, aligning with HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid's directive to cultivate human capital and encourage peak performance. HH Sheikh Hamdan highlighted that such efforts play a vital role in Dubai's development and reinforce its standing as the world's premier city for work and living.
