Gang doing narcotics activities in Punjabi universities is busted by police

On Monday, the Punjab Police's Anti-Narcotics Department successfully carried out an operation and detained a well-known drug gang that was operating in schools around the city. The anti-narcotic cell in Lahore's Gulshan-e-Iqbal region reportedly launched an operation and detained five gang members, including two women who were allegedly running drug operations out of educational institutions, according to the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). The names of the people who were taken into custody were Muhammad Akbar, Muhammad Afzal, Rafat Bibi, Shahroz, and Shamila. The suspects were also charged with other narcotics offenses, according to the police, but they also found a sizable quantity of heroin and hashish worth millions of dollars in their possession.
