The king of Morocco is welcomed by the UAE president
The UAE's President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Morocco's King, Mohammed VI, signed a proclamation aiming at developing a "solid and innovative partnership" in economic, commercial, and investment cooperation. This was part of King Mohammed VI's state visit to the UAE. The two sides will collaborate to achieve larger, more ambitious development goals that reflect both nations' and peoples' ambitions. Several memorandums of understanding (MoU) were signed at the event at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi, including those on high-speed train projects, energy, water, financial markets, real estate, tourism, agriculture, and fisheries.
