In the period July-September, Pakistan earned $157 million from the export of travel services.

During the first three months of the current fiscal year 2023-24, Pakistan earned $157.075 million by offering various travel services in other countries. This is a 27.72 percent increase over the $122.890 million in the same services delivered during the comparable months of the previous fiscal year 2022-23, according to the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS). Personal travel services climbed by 26.19% during the assessment period, from $122.240 million last year to $154.255 million for July-September 2023. Within these personal services, there was a 529.17% rise in exports connected to health and a 49.19% increase in exports linked to education. Furthermore, there was a 23.69% rise in the other personal services. According to PBS statistics, business services exports increased by 281.08%, from $0.740 million to $2.820 million.
