Originally destined for Nicaragua, the Airbus flight, operated by Romania-based Legend Airlines, faced a four-day detention at Vatry airport, east of Paris, due to suspicions of human trafficking raised by an anonymous tip-off. The aircraft, which had departed from Dubai, landed in France where authorities acted on a tip suggesting potential human trafficking among the passengers. Out of the initial 303 passengers, 25, including five minors, sought asylum in France, while two individuals were briefly detained but later released.
